To make this smoked yogurt sauce you will need just four simple ingredients: plain yogurt, water, smoked paprika and salt. The ingredients are whisked together and you are done. This simple yogurt sauce (or is it a dressing?) pairs perfectly with Moroccan stuffed sweet potatoes, grilled vegetables or just about any potato recipe. Drizzle on your favorite vegetables, on pizza, use it as a sandwich spread or dip fresh cut-up vegetables in it.

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Add even more flavor by seasoning with black pepper.
