- For the crispiest cookies, bake one cookie sheet at a time.
- If you like raisins, feel free to add a 1/2 cup to 1 cup of raisins to the dough (you can soak them in warm water for 10 minutes first, to plump them up).
- If you like nuts, feel free to add a 1/2 cup to 1 cup of walnuts to the dough.
- Serve warm with a glass of cold milk, or hot tea or coffee.
