We’ve pretty much always followed these guidelines, which really do keep the flu away. My big thing though is I’m a bit of a germphob, so washing my hands almost feels better than getting a massage! In turn though I’ve taught my kids to wash theirs anytime there’s a water source and soap nearby. They may not wash them 13 times from the time they’re get up til they are ready to go, but I know they wash them more than other kids and we’ve only had 2 cases over the past 10 yrs. oh, I’ve also taught them to sneeze/cough in their elbow. I do have an adversion to hand sanitizers, instead I have unscented baby wipes in all cars and my purse.
