How to Make Baked Cinnamon-Spiked Sweet Potato Wedges by Natalia Stasenko

Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite root veggies because they are loaded with beta-carotene, a flavonoid compound with powerful antioxidant properties. I like to give my kids a boost of beta-carotene by making these easy sweet potato fries!
You'll need:
- sweet potatoes
- olive oil
- cinnamon
Here's how to make them:
- Peel and slice a sweet potato into wedges. Place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn potatoes over and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
This recipe always gets my kids' seal of approval!
