Words cannot express how grateful I am for our #30Seconds tribe. As individuals they are all amazing in their own way, and they come together at 30Seconds.com to inform and inspire our community, and to support and celebrate each other. It's truly a gift and I'm grateful for them every single day.

So imagine what a joy it was when we got together for our 30Seconds Summer Soirée! My longtime friend and colleague Mindy Hudon flew in from Connecticut to be on #30Seconds Live. She called herself the "country mouse coming to the big city," and brought me a book to emphasize how she overcame her fears to be here. It was just the nudge I needed to gather the tribe together!

After the interview with Mindy, everyone arrived and we enjoyed some time outside. New connections were made, friendships were deepened and we even had a mini-mastermind session over lunch to help support each other's businesses and passions. (Stay tuned for news on how we're growing this into a regular, more powerful thing!)

And of course, the party wasn't over until the selfie was taken. :-)
