Sandwiches are one of my favorite things to eat – and I'm not alone. According to an article on New York Post, a survey commissioned by Buddig for National Sandwich Day (November 3) found that sandwiches make up about 30 percent of Americans' diets. The survey also revealed the top sandwiches: grilled cheese, chicken sandwiches and turkey sandwiches. Following close behind were ham sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, egg sandwiches, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and meatball sandwiches. And two of my favorite sandwiches, the BLT and club sandwich, aren't even on the list. Go figure.
