Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes (ovens vary)
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 3
Ingredients
- 1 pound (16 ounces) fresh salmon filet
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely diced
Recipe Notes
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley, if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave.
Here's how to make it:
- Place the salmon filet in a casserole dish or baking pan (I lined mine with aluminum foil for easier cleanup). In a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, honey and parsley. Stir to combine, then set half of the sauce aside. Spread the other half of the sauce evenly over the salmon. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
- Bake the salmon at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until desired doneness. Salmon is done when it reaches 145 degrees F on a food thermometer. Remove salmon from oven.
- Spread remaining sauce over the salmon. Garnish with additional fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
