I made this beautiful and simple arugula salad recipe for a graduation party, and I just loved the dressing I made for it. This quick and easy vinaigrette recipe is clean and simple. You can make this salad dressing sweet or not, depending on your taste buds. Try the tangy vinaigrette on any lettuce salad or grain salad. The freshness of this dressing will shine on almost any salad!
To make this homemade salad dressing recipe you will need to gather the following ingredients: lemons for juicing, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, salt, black pepper and extra-virgin olive oil. If you want a sweet dressing, grab either maple syrup or agave nectar.
Try this tasty vinaigrette on my simple arugula salad or your favorite salads. The dressing would also make a great marinade for shrimp, fish or chicken.
