This creamy cilantro lime salad dressing recipe is great on just about anything. Think salads, tacos or shish kebabs to elevate your next dinner. I especially love it on this salmon salad . All you need is a few simple ingredients and a blender. This creamy cilantro lime salad dressing is ready in five minutes!
For this zesty green salad dressing you'll need olive oil, fresh lime juice, mayonnaise, salt, fresh garlic, jalapenos, honey and fresh cilantro. All the ingredients are whirled in a blender until smooth. Be sure to season well with salt and black pepper.
Serve this creamy Mexican-inspired salad dressing over your favorite salad greens, mixed into pasta salad or drizzled over tacos, grilled kebobs, steaks, chicken, pork, fish or shrimp. You could even dip fresh tortilla chips in it as an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lime juice, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 jalapeño, seeds removed and sliced (include seeds for more heat)
- 1/2 teaspoon honey, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro, packed (stems OK)
Here's how to make it:
- Put all the ingredients except cilantro into the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Scrape down sides and add cilantro. Blend again.
