Air Fryer Garlic Bread Recipe: This Quick Bread Recipe Won't Disappoint

A couple of years ago, I gave my husband an air fryer for Christmas. It’s one of his favorite gifts I’ve ever given him (and to be honest, it’s turned out to be a gift for me, too!). My sons and I love what he cooks in it! We’ve enjoy air-fried shrimp, appetizers, french fries, vegetables, bacon-wrapped chicken and more.

I don’t use it as much as my husband does, but I recently air-fried mozzarella sticks for a small get-together and our neighbor asked if they were homemade. I can’t say enough about air-fryer cooking. It’s quick and healthier than pan or deep-frying. If you’re following a keto, paleo or Whole30 diet, many air fryer recipes will be helpful to you. They’re also wonderful for anyone who is trying to cut back on pan-fried or deep-fried foods.

An added bonus is that the air fryer is great for re-heating, too. We love it for re-heating pizza; it’s so much faster than the oven. Clearly we’re big fans in my family. The food is delicious, healthier than regular fried food and quicker to make. Works for me! Ever since I bought ours, I’ve been keeping my eyes peeled for new air fryer recipes and friends and I have been swapping recipes, too. Here’s a great air fryer garlic bread recipe. You can either use garlic cloves or minced garlic. You will not be disappointed!

Cook Time: 16 minutes (for 8 pieces)
Total Time: 21 minutes
Servings: 8 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 8 slices French bread

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine butter, cheese, garlic and parsley. Spread on each piece of bread.
  2. Arrange bread in a single layer on tray in air fryer basket. Cook, in batches, until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
