Love chicken wings, but looking for a healthy alternative? Try cauliflower wings! I am definitely a Frank’s RedHot lover and this buffalo cauliflower recipe hits the spot when I am craving something with a little heat and crunch. Plus, as a bonus, it is relatively guilt free, which is why this appetizer recipe is a staple in my house. It is super easy, too – a win-win.
The baked cauliflower is breaded in panko and baked until browned and crispy. The sauce is made with equal part of melted butter and hot sauce. Put the two ingredients to taste in a saucepot and melt together over low heat. So simple and easy, and the perfect snack or appetizer for your vegetarian friends and family. Plus you get the health benefits of cauliflower!
Serve these cauliflower "chicken wings" as an appetizer, snack or side dish with dinner. If you prefer another brand of hot sauce, use it! Make these cauliflower wings your own.
