Ann Marie, What a beautiful post! Absolutely so true and we need the reminder! I also think we need to add not to judge ourselves for the very same things!

I was talking about this today in the Teacher's room. I always remind other moms do the best with what you have at that time- life is hard and complicated.

Yes! Well said! So agree....nobody should judge. We need to support and lift each other up when needed, be that shoulder to cry on, offer to help out, and have a girls night with a big glass of wine. xoxoxoxxo

A funny thing about wearing yoga pants every day: I was doing that and started seeing a counselor for the emotional funk I could not left. She forcibly said, "Of course you're depressed! Look at how you're dressed! Get out of the yoga pants!!" Ouch. But, you know what? I started wearing jeans/skirts as much as I could instead and it totally helped! (Hmmm...I think I found the topic for my next tip...)

Can't wait to be a mom, hopefully a great one!

Hillary was right when she said “it takes a village.” We need to lift up the women in our lives, give the mom w/ the screaming toddler a reassuring smile and for the love... stop looking another Mom up and down like she’s a dog in the AKC finals. We are all perfectly imperfect.
