Melissa Hurt has been an embodiment coach since 2010 when she earned her certification in Lessac’s kinesensic embodied voice, speech, and movement work. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2012 and is currently earning her 500-hr certification. She utilizes yoga, voice, and actor training as her tools for teaching presence, grounding, and authenticity. Once an individual regains a sense of self, her/his spirit expands into softer skin and they can attune with the gifts she/he is meant to share in the world.
