Pork chops are one of my favorite things to eat and cook. There's nothing like a juicy, bone-in pork chop for dinner, especially one that's been grilled. These grilled pork chops were on the menu this week, and immediately made it into my recipe binder. The sweet Carolina honey glaze adds so much flavor to the pork. This is one winner winner pork dinner.
To make these juicy grilled pork chops you will need just five ingredients. Here is your shopping list: bone-in pork chops (you could use boneless pork chops), Cajun seasoning, Dijon mustard, honey and orange juice. The pork chops are marinated in the sweet glaze, then it also serves as a basting sauce during cooking.
Serve the pork chops for dinner with your favorite side dishes. I served mine with creamy carrots and roasted zucchini. If you like grilling pork chops, here are a few more recipes to try:

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes plus time to marinate
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes plus time to marinate
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Recipe Notes
- You can use apple cider vinegar instead of orange juice.
- I used Slap Ya Mama brand Cajun seasoning, but use your favorite.
- If you don't want to grill outside, you could cook the pork chops in a grill pan, cast iron skillet or on an indoor grill.
- If you don't have time to marinate the pork chops, that's OK. They will still be delicious.
- You could also use this marinade on chicken, fish or shrimp.
- The cook time will vary depending on the size and thickness of your pork chops. You can use boneless pork chops, if desired.
- This recipe could easily be doubled for four servings.
Here's how to make it:
- Put the Cajun seasoning, mustard, honey and orange juice into a shallow dish or food storage bag.
- Stir the ingredients to combine.
- Put the pork chops into the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- If you have time or think about it, take the pork chops out about 30 minutes before grilling to come to room temperature. Season with a little black pepper and salt, if desired.
- Heat the grill to medium-high. Cook the pork chops until well seared on one side.
- Flip the pork chops over and continue to cook, basting often with the sauce, until cooked through. (Pork is done at 145 degrees F internal temperature.)
- Let the pork chops rest a few minutes before serving.
