We make roasted cauliflower quite a bit at our house, so I’m always looking for a new recipe to spice it up. This easy spiced cauliflower recipe takes only 10 minutes to prep before popping it into the oven for a warm, flavorful side dish for any weeknight dinner.
To make this easy spiced roasted cauliflower recipe you will need just a handful of simple ingredients. Here is your shopping list: fresh cauliflower, olive oil, butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika and black pepper.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, sliced or broken into small florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

Here's how to make it:
- Cut or break up the cauliflower into smaller pieces.
