This creamy avocado and jalapeño dressing and dip recipe will be a fan favorite. The Mexican-inspired avocado dressing is so creamy, and you choose how spicy you want with the addition of jalapeños. The homemade salad dressing is so easy to make in a food processor or a blender.
To make this easy gluten-free salad dressing you need a ripe avocado, mayonnaise, fresh dill, extra-virgin olive oil, limes for juicing, garlic, jalapeño peppers and kosher salt. I added this easy jalapeño avocado dressing to a lovely green bean and potato salad, but you can use it on sandwiches, chicken, beef, pork, lamb, seafood or just about any vegetables to make them seem extra special.
This thick and creamy salad dressing is also nutritious. Read about the health benefits of avocado, the health benefits of fresh dill, the health benefits of olive oil and the health benefits of peppers!
