I love to use it on my amazing Mediterranean quinoa salad or on a simple spinach salad – or even as a meat marinade (think pork tenderloin). The homemade salad dressing recipe takes just five minutes to put together, and you’ll never want to eat store-bought salad dressing again!
To make this tangy Mediterranean salad dressing, you will need to gather the following gluten-free ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemons for juicing, fresh parsley, honey or agave nectar, fresh garlic, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, salt, black pepper and optional Parmesan cheese. The ingredients are whisked or shaken together and it's ready to be used.
Drizzle this salad dressing over lettuce salads, grain salads or your favorite pasta salads, or use it as a marinade for shrimp, fish, chicken, pork, lamb or beef.
