The Easiest Turkey Gravy Recipe: This Thanksgiving Gravy Is Foolproof by 30Seconds Food

- 3 - 3 1/2 cups chicken broth (divided)
- 1/2 cup flour

- Season it up by adding 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon sage, 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or just use salt and black pepper, to taste. You could also stir in fresh herbs like thyme, parsley, rosemary or chives.
- Leave as much of the turkey fat in the gravy as you desire.
- Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free gravy.
Here's how to make it:
- Pour the turkey drippings into a large 4-cup glass measuring cup. Remove most of the fat from the surface of the turkey drippings.
- Add enough chicken broth to the turkey drippings to measure 3 cups.
- In a saucepot, whisk together 3/4 cup of the remaining chicken broth and flour until smooth. Slowly whisk in the turkey drippings and broth. Stir in any seasonings. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
