Refreshing Raspberry Peach Smoothie Recipe Is So Pretty In Pink

Smoothies don’t have to be green in order to be healthy. If you want a super nutritious smoothie that tastes as good as it looks, you need to try this refreshing raspberry peach smoothie. It’s so pretty in pink, it just invites you to drink!

Raspberries are superfoods, potent sources of antioxidants that help protect your cells from damage by free radicals. Raspberries are a great source of fiber that provide more than half of the recommended daily amount of vitamin C, a nutrient essential for immune function and iron absorption. Raspberries also contain many other nutrients and health benefits but, best of all, these beautiful berries are ideal for smoothie recipes because the blender grinds up those often-annoying (but so good for you) raspberry seeds!

This naturally sweet smoothie recipe is a great breakfast to jumpstart your day. All you need for this energizing smoothie are raspberries, peaches, milk, a banana, orange juice, yogurt and a few ice cubes. In just about five minutes, you've got a refreshing beverage that'll kick-off your morning, brighten up your afternoon, or nutritiously satisfy a craving for sweets any time of day.

Recipe Notes

  • If you don't have fresh raspberries, you can use frozen raspberries.
  • For a more shake-like consistency, you can use frozen bananas.
  • Feel free change the type of yogurt you use (such as plain, vanilla, etc.).
  • Use your milk of choice (I used almond milk).
  • I use paper straws because they’re better for the environment than plastic.

Here's how you make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into your favorite smoothie glasses. Garnish with orange slices, if desired, and enjoy!
