4 cups broccoli florets, steamed until crisp-tender
8 ounces (1 box) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

You can steam the broccoli on the stovetop or in the microwave. If steaming in the microwave, place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl covered with a damp paper towel and microwave until crisp-tender, around 4 to 6 minutes.
Instead of mozzarella, you can try this recipe with cheddar or another favorite cheese.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave or oven.

Here's how to make it:

Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup of mozzarella and garlic powder in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix well.
