The sweet compound butter is made with butter, cinnamon-sugar and granulated sugar. The peaches are brushed with a little vegetable oil before being grilled, then topped with the cinnamon butter. Amazing!

Here's how to make it:
- In a bowl, stir together the butter, cinnamon-sugar and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Heat the grill to high. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with a little vegetable oil. Put them onto the grill and cook until golden and just heated through.
