This easy four-ingredient honey butter corn recipe doesn't take much longer to make than reheating a can or frozen bag of corn. Really!
This easy skillet corn recipe is made with frozen corn, butter, honey and a bit of cream cheese. Cook the whole kernel corn, butter and honey in a skillet until hot and combined well, then add the cream cheese. Once the cream cheese melts and mixes into the corn, season with salt and pepper and it's ready to be served for dinner.
Serve this sweet corn as a side dish with chicken, pork, beef, lamb or seafood. Kids will love this sweet corn with their chicken nuggets and it is right at home beside fried chicken, chicken fried steak or whatever your family enjoys. If you don't have frozen corn, you could use two cans of drained whole kernel corn.
