An Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) Drink Recipe That Tastes Like Apple Pie by Ann Marie Patitucci
The health benefits of apple cider vinegar are undeniable. It’s known to lower blood sugar levels, help balance pH levels and even help with weight loss. However, drinking apple cider vinegar on its own is not a particularly pleasant experience for most of us.
I’ve been searching for recipes and experimenting with ingredients in order to come up with an apple cider vinegar drink recipe that is not only drinkable but tasty. Here’s an ACV drink recipe that's perfect for fall. It almost tastes like apple pie – and it's healthy!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons organic apple juice (no sugar added)
- 4 drops liquid vanilla stevia, honey or agave nectar
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 6 ounces cold water
Here’s how to make it:
- Combine all ingredients in a glass. Stir or shake to combine.
- Taste and add more stevia (or substitution) if necessary. Serve chilled or over ice.
