The health benefits of apple cider vinegar have been clear for some time now. However, drinking the vinegar on its own is not a particularly pleasant experience.
I’ve been searching for recipes and experimenting with ingredients in order to come up with an apple cider vinegar drink recipe that is not only drinkable but tasty. Here’s one that fits the bill. If you like lemonade or limeade, you’re sure to like it!
Note: You should always dilute apple cider vinegar when drinking it. Do not do shots of it!

- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon stevia (or other natural sweetener)
- 2 cups cold water
Here's how to make it:
- Mix ingredients together.
- Serve cold, with or without ice.
Tip: A tip for squeezing limes and lemons: using pressure, roll them around on your counter or cutting board before cutting. This will help to get the lime juice flowing. Then cut the lime in half lengthwise, which will make it easier to extract more juice.
