The health benefits of apple cider vinegar are undeniable. However, drinking apple cider vinegar on its own is not a particularly pleasant experience for most of us.
I’ve been searching for recipes and experimenting with ingredients in order to come up with an apple cider vinegar drink recipe that is not only drinkable but tasty. Here’s a gingerbread ACV drink recipe that's delish!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon stevia (or other natural sweetener)
- 2 cups cold water
Here's how to make it:
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Serve cold, with or without ice.
Note: You should always dilute apple cider vinegar when drinking it. Do not do shots of it!
