To make this healthy fruit appetizer, snack or dessert you will need watermelon, blueberries, pineapple and kiwi. You don't have to stick to the fruit suggested here. Use your favorite! Strawberries, blackberries, mandarins, cantaloupe, honeydew melon and cherries would love to join the party. Stay away from bananas and apples –they will turn brown.

- Fruits that work well for this fruit cake include strawberries, blackberries, mandarins, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, cherries, watermelon, blueberries, pineapple and kiwi. Skip the banana for this recipe.
- Keep the "cake" refrigerated until ready to serve.
Here's how to make it:
- Using varying sizes of circle cut outs, create a three-tiered cake look using watermelon as your base.
- On each tier, add your favorite fruits as decoration to your watermelon “cake.”
- If desired, top with cool whip or whipped cream and you’re all set!
