All you need to make this delicious banana flax attack granola smoothie recipe is rice milk or nut milk, a banana, granola, agave nectar, ground flax and flax essential oil. (I told you there's a lot of flax in this smoothie!) Blend up all the ingredients, pour into a glass and get ready to sip or snack on something fabulous!
