This creamy Cajun chicken salad recipe is hard to beat if you like just a little spice in your food. To make this homemade chicken salad recipe you will need cooked chicken that's finely chopped, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, hardboiled eggs, green onions and red onion.
Different brands of Cajun seasonings have different spice levels. Find one that you enjoy, and adjust the amount to suit your tastes. Serve this easy, creamy, spicy Cajun chicken salad recipe over lettuce, piled onto your favorite bread, with crackers or as a wrap. It's definitely chicken salad with some attitude!
