Add healthy cinnamon and anti-inflammatory turmeric to this easy papaya smoothie recipe, and you've got yourself a powerhouse of a drink in just about five minutes flat. (Don't forget the potassium-rich banana and raw honey that's a prebiotic!)

  • 1/2 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, oat milk, soy milk or regular milk 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 cup ice

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
