Peach puree can be used in cocktails (check out the recipe Elisa All Schmitz shared for her Summer Bellini Cocktail!), desserts and even as a topping for pancakes, biscuits or waffles. The sugar is optional because sometimes peaches are so sweet it's not needed. Taste your peaches and decide for yourself.
