Warm weather calls for summer cocktails and, for me, Bellini and Campari come to mind first. After a trip to Venice, I got a bit creative with these summery cocktails for happy hour. Here's how I put a fun twist on the Bellini and Campari drinks (hint: the secret is in the strawberries)!
Summer Bellini Cocktail

Ingredients
- 4 ounces peach puree (or heavy juice)
- 4 ounces Champagne or Prosecco
- 3 very ripe strawberries
- ice
Here's how to make it:
- Blend two strawberries with 4 ounces of peach puree and pour into a stemless wine glass filled with ice.
- Add 4 ounces of Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry.

- 4 ounces San Pellegrino water
- 3 very ripe strawberries

Here's how to make it:

- Add 4 ounces of San Pellegrino. Garnish with a strawberry.
