Creamed Pearl Onions Recipe: Creamy Baked Pearl Onions With Parmesan by Donna John
The local farmer's market had a variety of pearl onions. Who could resist that? With a little cream, a little Parmesan and a little time in the oven, these tiny onions were the star of the meal. Fresh herbs, like rosemary, thyme or parsley, would be welcome to the pearl onion party.
