This easy honey mustard salad dressing recipe takes about two minutes to make. My favorite salad combo for this dressing is chopped spinach, chopped hard-boiled egg, chopped bacon, roast chicken or turkey (chopped), diced avocado, chopped red onion and diced tomatoes. Leave the meat and egg out for a vegetarian/vegan treat. Heaven.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 shallot

- Season with salt and pepper.
