My Grandma's Fudge Recipe: This Easy Fantasy Fudge Recipe Is a Holiday Tradition

My grandma made this incredible fudge every Christmas. It's really easy – you make it in the microwave. This easy fantasy fudge recipe makes the perfect holiday food gift.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 13 minutes
Total Time: 23 minutes

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave in a large bowl, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the sugar and milk. Mix well. Microwave on high another 5 minutes or until it begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes.
  3. Mix well and scrape down the bowl. Microwave another 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
  4. Gradually stir in the chocolate chips until they melt. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour fudge into a 13x9-inch baking pan that's been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
