"if you trust the medical community to take care of you if you get sick, listen to them BEFORE you get sick." Excellent point, Beth Dixon ! So great that you already got your booster shot, and wonderful that you were on GMA to share your story. I'm due to get my booster in a couple weeks. How did it go? Thank you for sharing your experience! Ann Marie Gardinier Halstead Donna John

I'm so glad you shared this experience with us, Beth Dixon ! I love the section Elisa A. Schmitz 30Seconds pointed to. I love this one, too: "I believe in scientists. I trust my various doctors, all of whom agreed this was right for me. I understand that my immune system doesn’t operate in the same capacity as people with “normal” functioning immune systems. I also believe that the best way to protect yourself, your family and your greater community is to listen to the medical and science communities. Please explore peer-reviewed research or valid sources and don’t listen to Facebook memes, regardless of whichever “side” of the political spectrum you find yourself in." Great advice!
