Awesome article, Dr. Lynn Gettleman-Chehab . Very thorough and helps parents understand the unique needs of student athletes. Takes me back to my days as a soccer/lacrosse/volleyball mom. I remember making so many sandwiches and always always always those millions of orange slices to share with the team. Helped to keep them hydrated and they were so much fun to eat!
