My daughter Ashlee Smith, got me eating this a few months ago. Now I eat it at least 3 times a week. I use garlic power instead of garlic salt (but add salt and pepper). Ashlee puts an over-easy egg on it sometimes. She also got me picking basil from my yard to put on top and also cherry tomatoes. It's one of our favorite things! Thanks for sharing it with the tribe, Chef Gigi Gaggero!
