Meditation Mantras: Try This Simple Mantra to Help You Fall Asleep Mindfulness
I lead a 200-hour yoga teacher training. One of my teacher trainees shared this meditation mantra she discovered for help in falling asleep. I found that it helps with shifting the mind and vibe and it can be done anytime. Try it while moving through a Sun Salute, walking outdoors, etc. Here's how to do it:
- Take a deep breath.
- Say, "I give love and gratitude." Exhale.
- Inhale. Say, "I receive love and gratitude."
- Repeat at least 12 times.
