We live in a sleep-deprived world, so it's no wonder many of us think it's no big deal to live on too little sleep! Sleep is crucial to our mental and physical well-being, impacting our health, energy and mental capacities like:

  • concentration
  • learning
  • memory
  • coping abilities

When we fail to get enough sleep, our body accrues a sleep debt that eventually must be paid. Take frequent naps, sleep in on weekends or add an extra 30 minutes to your sleep schedule until your debt is paid! Make sleep a priority. Your body and mind will thank you!
