OK, so the kids are back to school – it's time for YOU! So excited to invite everyone to my 30Seconds Back-to-School, Back-to-You Plank Fitness Challenge! Who's ready to get planking? Let’s start September STRONG and start today! Plank anywhere, anytime!
Just watch this video we shot in Fort Worth, Texas. It was our second annual 30Seconds plank challenge, where I dropped and planked in the hotel lobby for Elisa and Donna, until they told me I could stop. Watch and laugh with us! (Watch the first video!)
Check in on this post each day after you complete your planks, post a picture holding your plank or comment below that you crushed it. Feel free to break up the time of each plank – our bodies are stronger than we think. Wondering what planks do for your body? Here are the top five benefits of planks:

Keep form in mind: Keep your head in line with your neck, butt down, back flat, legs straight, press through your heels so calves are lengthened, elbows directly under shoulders, core tight and squeeze your cheeks (aka glutes)!
