Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
• 1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or dark), and a few more for topping.
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Recipe Notes

• I used a 9x7-inch baking pan and dark chocolate chips.

• If you don't have unsalted butter, just use regular butter. (Who doesn't love salted chocolate!)

Here's how to make it: 

1. Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan or similar-sized pan with cooking spray and preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large, microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate and butter.
2. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds until everything is melted and combined well.
3. Stir in the sugar and then the eggs, one at a time, mixing well with a fork or spoon.
4. Add the cocoa powder and thoroughly combine.
5. Spread the batter into the pan.
6. Sprinkle with a few more chocolate chips, if desired.
7. Bake for for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Be sure not to over-bake!
8. Remove to cool for 30 minutes before cutting and serving.
