- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 pounds)
- 1 cup water
- 1 ounce (1 packet) dry ranch dressing mix
- .7 ounces (1 packet) dry Italian salad dressing mix
- .75 ounces (1 packet) dry brown gravy mix
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the water, ranch dressing mix, Italian dressing mix and brown gravy mix. Whisk to combine.
- Put the roast into a slow cooker. Pour the liquid over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours or until tender. Store any leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the microwave.
