I'm a retired dump truck driver and veteran. I love all kinds of cooking and baking but I have to say that Italian and Cajun are my favorites. I also do woodworking and gardening to stay busy. I'm married to a wonderful woman who also enjoys cooking and is a wood carver. So whether it's cooking or woodworking we always do it together!
