Gwyneth Paltrow’s Honey Turmeric Drink Recipe: A Healthy Anti-inflammatory Tonic Beverages Spices Low Sodium Recipes
Want to sip on something that's good for you? Actress, bestselling cookbook author and entrepreneur Gwyneth Paltrow has followed a diet of clean eating for many years. She has spoken about following a more anti-inflammatory diet which she hopes will help with inflammation and other long-haul COVID-19 symptoms. If you happen to have a chronic health condition or autoimmune condition, you may have found that anti-inflammatory foods and beverages help.
Paltrow recently invited Good Morning America into her kitchen to share some of her favorite healthy recipes. Her honey turmeric drink recipe for an anti-inflammatory tonic caught my attention.
To make this turmeric drink recipe you will need fresh ginger (check out the health benefits of ginger), turmeric juice or turmeric powder (check out the health benefits of turmeric), lemons for juicing, honey and black pepper (learn about the health benefits of black pepper). Sip on this healthy juice in the morning, as an afternoon pick-me-up or in the evening with dinner.
