Ingredients
- 5 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 1/4 cups raw sliced almonds
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Here's how to make it:
- Preheat your oven to 320 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, crack your eggs and whisk together with the sea salt. Add in all of the nuts and seeds then stir very well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Allow to completely cool on a rack before slicing. Store leftovers in slices between parchment paper in a sealed container in your freezer for up to 2 months. Toast before serving.
