Kid-Friendly Breakfast: How to Make 3-Ingredient Grain-Free Pancakes! by Jaime Reid
My family loves to make pancakes together on the weekends. The following grain-free version is one of our favorites. It only contains three ingredients and no refined sugar! These pancakes have the same consistency as a grain-based pancake and they are so yummy.
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 eggs
Here's how you make them:
- Mash banana, peanut butter and eggs in a bowl until mixed to consistency of pancake batter.
- Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in griddle over medium high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Serve with your favorite topping!
