There's nothing like a good homemade salad dressing. I try new salad dressing and vinaigrette recipes all the time, and a lot of times I'm disappointed, but not with this Italian Parmesan vinaigrette recipe. This easy vinaigrette packs a flavor punch and doesn't get lost in your salad. You taste the salty Parmesan, tangy white wine vinegar, garlic and seasonings. This quick and easy salad dressing recipe is a keeper.
To make this Italian-inspired vinaigrette recipe you will need just a few simple ingredients. Here is your shopping list: olive oil, white wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese, garlic, dried Italian seasoning, honey, salt, black pepper and optional crushed red pepper flakes to a bit of spice
The gluten-free ingredients are simply put into a blender and whirled until combined. The Parmesan cheese and oil will separate when put into whatever vessel you like to store salad dressings, so be sure to shake or stir it before using.
Drizzle this salad dressing over your favorite salad ingredients, or use it on grilled chicken, fish or shrimp. It would even be delicious on pasta salads or grain salads.
