Recipe Notes

  • Store the candy in a refrigerator for up to two weeks. But if it’s like my house they won’t last that long!
  • I used dark melting chocolate, 72 percent, from a bag.
  • I didn't have mini baking liners so I cut regular holders down in half.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with baking liners. If you don’t have a mini muffin pan place 24 liners on a cookie sheet. Add 4 to 5 cashews to each liner.
  2. In a medium glass or other microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate and melt in the microwave for three 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  3. Use a spoon and drizzle the melted chocolate over the nuts. Sprinkle with the flaked sea salt.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
