Actress Maggie Q’s Famous Healthy Green Juice Smoothie Recipe

Meet your new favorite, healthy, fibrous morning drink! This is my secret, favorite smoothie recipe that was updated for the new year and helps me feel healthy, full, energized and ready for the day!

To make this green smoothie you will need ice, kale, dandelion greens, cilantro, ruby red grapefruit, cucumber, agave nectar for a little sweetness, water and the powder from one of my probiotic capsules. The gluten-free ingredients are whirled in a blender until smooth and poured into a glass for your sipping enjoyment.

Don't just enjoy this fruit and vegetable smoothie recipe in the mornings! You can make one for lunch, as a quick snack or even for dessert after dinner. Can you think of a healthier dessert?

  • handful of cilantro
  • 1 ruby red grapefruit, quartered
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup water
