You only need four ingredients to create this recipe in your own kitchen. Here is your short shopping list: bone-in chicken pieces, a peach bourbon seasoning blend, parsley flakes and olive oil.
This is one chicken dinner you will want to make over and over again. Serve this flavorful chicken with your favorite side dishes. When peaches are in season, serve it with grilled peaches on the side.

Recipe Notes
- The baking time will depend on the chicken pieces used and how big they are.
- I used Kinder's Bourbon Peach seasoning blend, but you can use your favorite peach or bourbon seasoning blend.
- Check your seasoning blend to see if it has salt in it, and how salty it is. This will help you determine if you need salt and pepper the chicken.
- For easier cleanup, line your baking pan with aluminum foil.
Here's how to make it:
- Drizzle a baking dish with a little olive oil. Put the chicken in the pan, then sprinkle it all over with the seasoning blend and parsley flakes. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 30 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F internal temperature).
